Here are some friendly guidelines to ensure a fantastic experience for everyone:

  1. Professional Presentation: We kindly ask that all vendors maintain a clean and professional-looking concession to create a welcoming atmosphere for fairgoers.

  2. Commitment to Hours: Vendors are expected to staff their booths for the duration of the Fair as outlined in the contract, rain or shine. Consistent attendance is key to ensuring a vibrant fair experience for all.

  3. Vendor Equipment: As all vendor spaces are outdoors, please remember to bring your own tables, chairs, and shelters to set up your booth comfortably.

  4. Electrical Connections: Electrical connections (110v 20 amp) will be provided for vendors. If you require additional electrical requirements, please inform us in advance.

  5. Gate Passes: Food and Commercial Vendors will receive a reasonable number of gate passes for booth staffing. Unfortunately, gate passes cannot be provided to non-profit organizations.

  6. Application Requirements: First-time vendors are kindly asked to provide pictures of their setup along with a specific list of products they wish to sell. This information must be included with the application and contract.

  7. Product Authorization: Vendors are permitted to sell only the products listed on their application and contract.

  8. Insurance Coverage: All vendors must have and provide evidence of insurance coverage (certificate of insurance). If you’re a non-food vendor without business insurance, you can apply for coverage through the Fair.

We’re dedicated to creating a vibrant and successful fair experience for everyone.
